Compositing Tutorial

WARNING: This tutorial is made up of three parts and is quite long. I suggest you go get something to drink, make a stop by the bathroom, maybe get something to snack on. Get comfortable then proceed.

Part 1: Understanding Perspective: A breakdown explaining the theory behind drawing perspective. This part will teach you the most important things you'll need to know to accurately composite CG elements into a photograph.

Part 2: Backgrounds & Mattes: Shows you how to render out the necessary layers required to composite a simple scene with a photograph.

Part 3: Putting it all together: Shows you how to put all those layers back together in your compositing software, and addresses some issues that you may stumble upon along the way.
